High ferritin levels
I was given 1gm jilazo injection on 29.05.2018 that time my ferritin was 14ng/ml,total iron-80mcg/dL,tibc-339mcg/dL,Hb-9.7gm/dL...I have beta thalassaemia trait, tab folvite and quicobal 1500mcg was also recommended...on 20.08.2018,the tests were repeated again and the results of the- Hb-9.3,tibc-242mcg/dL, where normal range  is 265-297,total iron-70mcg/dL,ferritin-280ng/mL,where normal range is 13-150 ng/dL...After having a look at the reports doc prescribed-tab folvite,tab lupiheme,Quicobal 1500mcg,once a week...My question is has the ferritin level and tibc level become abnormal due to jilazo injection?if it is so then why has there been a decrease in Hb level and iron level?what does high ferritin mean and is it dangerous?I have Acidic Gerd,Gr A Esophagitis...Plz answer...

Your hemoglobin is low not because of iron deficiency but due to thalassemia trait. So you should not take further iron injections as it may lead to iron overload in you body.
Next Steps
Stop iron , continue folic acid and methyl cobalamin
