Extremely fatigue
Hello Doctor, I’ve been experiencing extreme fatigue and frequent dizziness over the past few days/weeks. It’s affecting my daily activities and overall energy levels. I recently got some tests done, and the results are within normal ranges: - Serum urea: Normal - Creatinine: Normal - Fasting blood sugar: Normal - Urine albumin to creatinine ratio: Normal My blood pressure is around 126/86. Despite these normal reports, I still feel unusually weak and lightheaded. Could you please guide me on what might be causing these symptoms and whether I should undergo any further tests or evaluations? Thank you.
