Hb 14.1, but mch, mcv, mchc are low. Too much fatigue, shortness of breath, gasping, mouth breathing on exertion but stress test & echo normal

Hi Fatigue, shortness of breath with gasping, breathing on exertion can occur as a result of Low blood Hb ( Anemia) or due to a underlying chest problem. Depending upon the cause, treatment is done with nutritional supplements or antibiotics or bronchodilators whichever is required. Please visit a Chest Physician for further evaluation and management.
