Hello, I took a blood test and vitamin b12 is on border line.. I started taking tablet from Makkal Marunthagam(generic medicine).. The tablet picture I've attached here.. Kindly confirm me whether I can continue this.. I need to know the authenticity of this capsule, since I couldn't find in google, I'm asking here.. Also for how many days should I take it?
