I have severe headache cuz of cold, but no fever. Temp is 99.1, can I still take dolo 650 for headache? Or will my body temperature reduce a lot since I don't have fever.

My husband got Slight cough and fever followed by chills. Gets better on taking Crocin and comes back after 3-4 hours
