I am allergic to anything fish, seafood and fish oil. But I want to consume collagen as I am turning 30+ I want to understand if this will react and give me any kind of allergic reactions. Please help.

Hi, For past 2 years i checked my bp in hospital 4,5 times and few times it was around 150 to 160 but doctor dint gave any pressure tablets rather they given anxiety tablets. But now for past 1 month i have terrible headache. And i took few tablets given by neurologist as well but its not gng. Is it due to blood pressure?
