Can we take tablet after eating an apple in the evening? Instead of night dose. This is for my daughter 10 years old

Last month end i got effected with typhoid fever then i have given blood test where i have also tested for liver functioning test in which the SGPT result got 80 out of 37 limit I used tablet udiliv 150mg tablet for five days as suggested by doctor today againg i have given blood test and that SGPT got reduced to 60 from 80 so can i continue to use that tablet udiliv 150mg tablet further? i heard it is a steroid?

From today's evening my brother ( 26 years old) has intense fever. Right now the temp is 103°F . We already gave him Pyrigesic 650. But it's not working. Kindly suggest the way to reduce this high body temperature.

Today I fell from a stool. Post that I felt pain in my hand but bearable and without swelling. To reduce the same I soaked my hand in warm water with salt for 2 times. In night I applied volini spray at the affected area and covered my hand with warm cloth. But post 1 hour I have started feeling sudden shaking in the body (coming and going) with some sudden chill feeling. Is it due to some side effect of spray or is there something different to it. Hi i was started taking 21 regularly , initially two month i had no issue. Now last two week i have stomach digestion issue. I have pain below chest and food were not digesting properly. Not diarrhea but two three times lose motion and i can see undisgested food. I have pain in arms,chest and heaviness. I had completed blood test from lalpath lab. Only below parameters are not ok Hscrp 1.37 and below is attachment. Is it due to ipill? Doctor said i have ulcers. Can i continue and how long? Is there any medicine which will help to keep acid low with this medicine and any medicine keep me safe from infection or inflammation.
