Giving feeding to my 5 months old baby. During this time, can I have booster dose/precautionary dose?

Hi Doctor, My body temperature is hotter feels every day and I sweat more in this winter season also. My body feels hotter in 20 to 24deg celsius. Is this any issue in health please advise for the treatment.

I had got cold chest congestion which dint decrease aftrr medicine. It was only night and manageable. So recently lot of people have com, and i have been going out. It started with runny nose. Now. I have chest congestion , wheezing sound, tiredness, due to nonstop coughing. I cough because ki feel chest heavy, difucult to breathe. Too much coughing im feeling lik vomiting. I cnt walk much, or lie down, because of chest congestion. Doctor prescribed cefixine, paracetamol, omee, reacodyl syrup,  tablets for two days. One dose over. Im still feeeling sick. I usually get cold easily due to weather, or viral etc. And it lead to congestion

I have headaches most of the times. It starts with a sharp eye pain n then half of head starts pounding. I usually take combiflam tablet when I can't bear it. Even on good days without headache, i can barely sleep at night and have a feeling of fear or something that I can't explain. As a result, i get irritated easily and can't call down. This has been going for 2years I guess. Can I know what can be done. Thank u
