My GP prescribed a tablet named "immumol" to improve my immunity however since this tablet was not available in the pharmacy store, they provided me with a tablet called " Immumen" is it an alternative?

I was prescribed two tablets "pantocid" and "perinorm" for my gas issues. I got the tablets but my pharmacists forgot to mention when to take these tablets. Should I take them before or after meals?

My age is 30. Male. For cholesterol am take Rusuvastatin 20mg every day. Today i done my rutin ecg. Its it likely normal or any heart related issue is there??? My ASO is also high 250(Diagnisis artharaitis) took Pantids 400 twice a day. Feel pain in body. From last 2 weeks i feel pain in left side chest. Its like crmp. Not feel pain always, but when put up left hand or down left hand feel pain. Other wise no issue. Check my ecg tell.me chest pain is heart related???

It happens for a week around every 2 months and then goes by itself. Happened a few times before  The whole arm feels wierd and weak. What's the issue?

I have tonsillitis. Is drinking coconut water safe? Or juice can we drink that. Pls suggest/advise.thanks
