Flu

Hi doctor, I am having a sharp pain under my right breast which comes and goes and intensifies while sleeping since 4 days. What could be the reason. Please help me with the solution.

My husband is having a possible fistula (as per doctor in India). One month back it was advised to take some antibiotics and a sitz bath. He continued that however due to some urgent family occasion we had to move here and there and the process got stopped. The wound was improving although. Then after a few days  of that occasion we started our journey and returned to Canada and he started sitz bath once again. My question is what is the possible solution for this? Is surgery always required?? Should he continue sitz bath?? He is also applying the ointment t-bact. Asking these questions before going to a doctor here. Need some advice. He doesn't have any pain although there is a very slow improvement.

I feel like always twisting in my left side of the buttock and anus area. It feels kinda misplaced inside there. I feel like twisting there to put it in the right place but I can't. I move my left leg all the time to fix it. It's not pain but it's continuous and frustrating. I can't relax. What could be this? Please help! It's been 1 year.

I run regularly 3-4 days a week, however I feel fatigued after workout / long runs more than 10 kms. I usually eat well, however mostly I run in fasting state. Do I need to get myself some tests done to know the cause?

I just got my nt scan report. Kindly let me know if it's normal. My LMP is 17.9.2022. Does this nuchal thickness suggest any problem with my baby? Is everything alright?

Hi I had soar throat and fever around 101with body ache, Which resolved in 3 days. But my CBC says low neutrophil count. Is it a normal finding in viral fevers? I dont have any other problem. Regards

I am a 25 yrs old man. Everyday at morning after waking up and at evening ( before going to sleep) i suffer from cold. Cold means only flowing nose and little bit jaw pain and nothing else.
