If someone has 20% blocked arteries then if he maintains normal blood pressure and lipid levels for rest of his life then can that 20% reduce or will it remain 20?

Hello. I am suffering from Acid reflux problem for which i am taking medicine. But i am having a problem in chest. It is not pain but a weird feeling like something is inside.
