Yesterday after coming from outside I put down my shoes and kept aside by hands. After that I forgot to wash hands and eaten food . Does this is a risk for rabies infection?

Hlo doctor I am otb patient since 8 months everything is going good but from one month my doc notice heart murmur & suggested echo, I done with echo which was normal than again he said repeat echo because sound doesn't seem normal than I again did echo with another hospital where it also came normal only my heart beat comes very high around 130 to 150 apart this everything is normal.. now doctor said it is may be normal murmur.. but still i didn't feel comfortable heart palpitations like heart he shaking & I am going to faint all the time happening what it could be due to medicine side effects ? Plz suggest next step?

I woke up something around 7:00 and was just getting ready for running... I ate 1 banana and went for running... After a while i started feeling nausea i sat down for a while 2-3 mins and was alright... After few minutes again "NAUSEA!!!" Why this happened? What are the possible ways to cure it? Many times i used to get an symptoms like choking of my neck and accordingly ear blocking symptoms...for the past two days ... whenever i bend down and get up or getting up from bed or chair ...my eyes getting black for 2 to 3 secs...these two symptoms are occurring at the same time...is this serious?
