Vertigo & Body Pain
I am feeling body pain from the last 2-3 months which started from my legs and now it is in my hands too.. I am always feeling tired. Today I have felt vertigo as well as a major pain in the right side of my head. My body is looking like shivering. It looks like my vision is also getting blurred day by day..

Vertigo needs to be evaluated, in your case vertigo aggravates upon turning head to Right side means it may be Benign Paroxysmal Positional vertigo, (BPPV).
take ENT opinion, if vertigo is still persisting, then Neurologist opinion is required to rule out central causes of vertigo.
Head pain, Neck pain may related to Work stress.if progressive take Neurology Opinion.
Get your BP checked for BP
For Blurring of vision, get vision testing
For fatigue, get blood tests CBC, Thyroid test,Calcium, Vitamin D3 tests done and meet physician.
