Hi my son is having runny nose since a month it's stopping and again starting I have given citrizen Sinarest and stopped pls suggest something

I have completed 3 days of fever, cold and cough. Every 6-8 hours fever is coming I am having paracetamol to control that fever. I have also completed 3 days of antibiotic course of AZETHROMICIN. Fever is still coming every 6-8 hours. Please suggest next action.

Sometimes breathlessness is felt during sleep and she wakes up. After few seconds it comes to normal after she sits for some time.

Dear Doctors, Firstly is anxiety different from depression? I was in depression in 2020 and a psychiatrist put me on prodep 40mg and petril and mirtaz. After taking that medicine there was improvement and I slowly recovered in 1.5 months. Now I'm going through major anxiety issue, and the same psychiatrist has put me on the same medicines from 2 months but I'm not seeing any improvement, may be very little.. today was a very horrible day.. I'm taking prodep 40mg , petril 0.25 mg and Buspin 5mg in the morning and night mirtaz 7.5mg and petril 0.25mg.. I still not feel good.. only thing I feel ok is in the night coz I get to sleep coz of meds otherwise I'm most of the times in anxiety.. plz let me know if my medicines are working or should I have a change in medicine.. if yes! Why the medicines that worked last time isn't working this time? But this time it is more of an anxiety attack than depression..

I had a fever on Sunday but it went away after taking a paracetamol. Since then I have a sore throat and headache. Gargling and taking vapour eased my headache and throat pain a little but after two days of gargling and taking vapour suddenly throat is starting to have an itchy feeling. After that my voice changed, it has become hoarse and some words are coming out as whispers. Now my throat is itchy and has mild pain. Headache has gone away completely. Throat discomfort is giving me a hard time to sleep as well. What to do?

After wind strong i got sick the symptoms are - Little Coughing , fever, sweating at night , body pain too.

Symptoms are:- Weakness, muscle loss, groin pain and back pain, problem in doing poo and back pain. Feeling bloated after eating.
