Hii my wife is 24 years old suffering from fever, headache cold & cough from past 3 days consulted physician he gave dolo 650 and podorin 200 for 3 days, when she takes it the temperature comes down, again after 4 to 5 hours the temperature rises, can I give her azithromycin for 3 days, she is also a lactating mother for 4 months old baby. Kindly suggest is it ohk to give azithromycin to her.
