From the last 4 months i am facing following issues with stomach. 1. Heaviness in right abdomen (Sometime Upper Abdomen & Lower Abdomen) 2. Burping more and more due to this heaviness issue. 3. If proper bowel movement occurs, then i feel relaxed for sometime, and again stomach heaviness. No pain, no change in appetite, or no swelling in abdomen. I am controlling diet also, only home made food i am eating, no junk foods. Eating sauf after every meal. But this heaviness sensation has caused me a lot of routine disturbance and caused many times anxiety and sometime panic attacks too. I am 26 years old with low physical activity.

How many days later dengu starts to show symptoms. I got bitten by a mosquito ( solid black with white strips) 3 days back but nothing happened till now.

Please, suggest me medicine with mg quantity, and doses for Thyroid profile T3 1.18 T4 9.30 TSH 8.22

Which tests are req for iron deficiency? Are there any specific tests to find iron levels in the body other than hemoglobin level? Which test can find the iron level  specifically coming from Vitamin deficiency either vit b12 or folate?

I have nose congestion... can't able to swallow even water...its paining...so i took astakind tablet...after lunch... suddenly i feel increased heart rate and full body tremor...what can i do...is there any solution to reduce the side effect?
