I recently did my thyroid profile test, the t3 level was 238 but t4 and TSH report is normal. TSH is 1.6 and t4 is 5.15. should i take medications or is it ok.

My doc has put me on 25 mg nandrolone decanoate I have hypertension my blood pressure stays fine should but recently it's coming in 135/85 range should I stop taking nandrolone decanoate?
