Loose motions
From last 2 days i didn't have poop
But suddenly from today morning I had loose motions 4 times till now
I didn't take any medicine and also didn't eat anything which can cause of loose motions

Better to consult with some details.your constipation could have led to this issue.if you have no other issues take ORS.
