Loose motions
I have been having trouble with stomach after consuming mangoes. Having loose motions. I had roko tablet but still stomach is paining. Kindly advice

Roko is loperamide which stops the motion and can cause stomach pain…. So anytime first if u have loose motions better go for probiotics…. Loperamide is only in severe and emergency situations…

Instead of Roko u can take Sporolac sachet and try to take ors 300ml after each stool.. Electrolyte imbalance also will cause stomach pain.. If pain and vomitings persists kindly consult..
