How to increase my oxygen levels during cold and fever. Please guide me what can I do to breathe well.

I am having fever since 3 days 101-102, it is getting decreased and increased. I'm not peeing much( it is because of sweat release that occur while decreasing temp. ), I feel cold and then my temperature rises. Please help me I want to be fit and healthy again.

Hello Dr, Sorry to ask this question I am embarrassed to ask but I am helpless.. My weight is 120 kg.. today the nurse took my BP, the cuff size was small,she made me hold it with other hand and BP was 130/80 The Dr took my BP again, the cuff was smaller, he made me hold it, didn't even ask me to roll my sleeve, BP was 140/80 .. he prescribed Telvas 20 MG.. are these readings correct? Should I take medicine? Please guide 🙏. .. also my Ecg was done it's normal..

I am a healthy Individual of 34years, having height of 5ft 10in and weight as 86kg I am not under any medication, my normal blood pressure comes out in the range of 130-140/85-97. I have never felt any discomfort other than gas/bloating related trouble while taking spicy food. Few weeks back I had pain in my right neck, it was difficult to move my head sideways, difficulty while waking up from sleep but it gradually went away, i did not take any medication. My lifestyle is mostly sedentary (work from home) with very limited movement.. Yesterday I did a health checkup and worried about the test result, cardiac risk marker test shows HS-CRP as high. Dear doctors, Please provide your valuable advise on this issue. I'm an IT professional and tend to sit and work for 10 to 11 hrs on average, 5 days a week. From few months I notice swelling on legs after few hours of constant sitting. On weekends/nights/early morning I don't face this Urine is normal, no back pain, no muscle pain, appetite, motion are fine. No sudden weight loss or gain. In fact i don't see any other issues. Today I got RFT done, creatinine serum is 1.2 Thyroid results is awaited.. Urea is 23. Could you please advise if I develop any kidney issues? How can I bring the creatinine levels down?
