Am taking B12 tablets from 3 days for deficiency & also suffering from sciatica, the tablets are causing body & nerve pain, so is it normal? Is it a sign of repairing?

No B12 supplements don't cause those symptoms.
Infact B12 supplements are used to cure those symptoms.
