Can i take both stemetil and vertin for vertigo as advised by doctor?What are other medicines for vertigo?

My blood albumin test result shows 4.7g/dl.is that mean my kidney working normally because I had swelling in left leg so doctor asked for that blood test... Or else go for further test?

Test done when i have allergy and ige aroung 435 mg /dl in serum.electrolyte imbalance.high bp was there bt previous year report was normal for wholebody chech up .now cr. Is 1.0 and urea normal.only hypokalemia ,hyocalcimia .does it ckd ?

Spot acr normal.there was uti and trace protien.high bp patient .no sugar.usg normal .cr 1.0 and normal urea .only electrolyte imbalance is there. Low k+,ca+ . improvement only with calcitriol .pth 14 ng/dl . 25 vit d normal . Urine electrophoresis report is given .serum electrophoresis normal. Is it ckd ?or how much damage is there ? What protien is leaking?why in my urine protien electrophoresis no band is given or no seperate protien percentage is given ?

I feel continuous headache on left side of head and it becomes severe and feels like needle inside.The areas near left eye gets swelled and in extreme headache the ache spreads to whole head on backside and near eyes. Also have pain on left toe and the surrounding area,left side chest and sometimes little backside below the left side neck,and severe pain just above buttocks. Kindly guide me with reasons and remedies. Thank you
