I was suffering from cold and cough but both are normal but only phegm problem is there in my throat it feels that phegm stick in throat and i have irration in throat

Soar throat from yesterday evening. No cough and running nose. Throat is paining. Salt water gargling and ginger honey didn't provide any relief

While Bending i feel like muscle strain or pulled .This is felt on the left side of lower abdomen.please advise.

I had this pain due to my work style..Physio advised me some exercises which use to give me relief instantly but i went to local bone setter for this pain & after that i think it has gotten worsen due to tremendous pressure by them..Now i feel like there is some kind wound on Spine nerve. The pain now is always there...It is bearable but very much discomfort. please advise

Since I have bp issues monitoring in home. Both in omron and dr foremen are showing similar readings like 120-130/75-84. But when I check in hospital it is always like 150/90 or 160/80. In hospital used different machines and different staffs and checked for accuracy it was same high reading but when coming home and checked it is always less. Is both the digital meter wrong ?

I went to near government hospital Fir urine infection and fever Doctor gave medicine but forgot how to take 1- ibuprofen 400mg     6 tablets 2- ciprofloxacin cirozin 500 mg 3 tablets And one loose medicine don't know name 5 tblets Doctor said take medicine for 3 days But don't remember how to take My question 1-Ibuprofen twice a day? 2-Cipro one a day Or twice a day? Because gave one three medicine for 3 days Please help

I hit Iron today butI got tetanus vaccine in April it's almost 8 months do I need to take vaccine again or not ? Please let me know
