The second attack of Dengue is always worse than the first attack. There is no specific antiviral drug . So you have to take precautions. Surely Secondary Dengue doesn't have 100% mortality . So you can also survive. But don't do self medication.

Dengue have 4 strain . Patient getting infection with one strain may not be immune to other strain . Infection with another strain in the second infection can be more severe than infection with same strain.
