Hi doc...my hubby hvng loose motion since 3-4 days ...I hv given norflox 400 mg but still he is hvng loose motion ...plz suggest good medication ...thank u

I am experiencing dizziness for the last 6 days now, especially when getting up from the bed. Initially I suspected this to be a symptom of upcoming menstrual cycle, but it is still there despite my menstrual cycle being over. For the initial 2 days the intensity and periodicity of the dizziness was high. But since then it is mainly in the mornings after I get up. It only lasts for 10-15 seconds. PS: I have migraine problem since my adolescent years.

My mother is feeling sleepy and tired all the time since one week. She just recoverd from a viral fever and was under antibiotics. She is sleeping all the time and has no appetite. I am really scared. She takes medication for diabetes, high blood pressure and anxiety. Her hemoglobin level remains low usually. Last time we checked it was 10.

My father aged 75 undergoing treatment for plerual effusion, anasarca,Acute kidney infection.He was administered with 4units of blood as his Hb count was 7.6 but after blood transfusion his Hb level is now 6.5.Can kindly suggest what might be the cause.

On tb medicine 8 months completed.. few months nothing theses blood spots under my nails & sometimes black lines as well what it could be .. medicine side effects?

I felt some weird smell in urine, and it occurs more frequently than earlier it's been a month now. There is much more relaxed feeling after peeing than earlier .

Subject: How Can Get Certificate Of Institutes( Doctor)? My date of birth is 1996. Still I have no birth certificate. Now recently I want to do birth certificate by online portal. I was born at home normlly. So i have no doctors discharge certificate.  I have shared the online portal which mention the certificate name. How can i get a certificate from doctor?

Three weeks back, I got fever and cold . Fever and cold subsided but cough is persisting... I started taking Bromexhime.. but it didn't reduce.. I felt like it worsenend to a dry cough .. now I stopped taking that syrup and trying hot water and salt water gargle... better but Still not completely reduced..gets cough after speaking few sentences.. Please suggest if we have to continue that syrup and if so how frequently
