Allergy or sinusitis?
What is this? I have itching there, few days back that tissue there when palpated, felt soreness on the same area. Today it itches. Since 3-4 days i am having nasal congestion as well as shortness of breathe in the morning. You can see in the image that the bone between the eyes and side of the eyebrow, looks red and fees itchy. Pls help.

Frankly I can't see any gross abnormality. Your main symptom is shortness of breath in the morning. You should consult a General Physician in your area for a physical examination and further management

If you’re having shortness of breath, then kindly get a consultation. For the rash, if you’re constantly rubbing that area then it can turn into dermatitis or could be some insect bite also. Apply Venusia derm cream over it and if it’s itching then take Tab. Levocetrizine 5mg at night

If you are having shortness of breath then it’s better a doctor examines you You can apply calamine lotion to the rash It could be an insect bite Can’t say for sure without more details
