You have not mentioned the duration of your illness.Mostly sinusitis is due to viruses .
Duration of symptoms more than 10 days often indicates bacterial antibiotics are required if:
Fever,Moderate to severe facial or dental pain,
Worsening of symptoms after 3-5 days,
Lack of improvement after 7-10 days of observation
