Toe pain and irritation that is prolong
I am experiencing severe pricking sensation, pain and swelling continuously from January 2021 , all the tests were conducted on me like creatinine, uric acid, diabetes, etc ., But still my toe problem is not diagnosed, i have visited multiple doctors for past 2 years ( i don't want to name ) but i have not got any solution to my problem, yesterday i checked with vitamin b12 after lunch and showed readings on 120 , is it of any concern and kindly suggest me a solution to my toe problem, it is really becoming painful and worse by each passing day

According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from some infection like toe pain due to peripheral neuropathy. As you know that best treatment depend on the correct diagnosis and correct diagnosis depend on the complete history of the patient so please take consultation from a doctor and give complete history of the patient so that correct diagnosis will be make and then best treatment will be start
Next Steps
Peripheral neuropathy can be occur due to deficiency of vitamin B 12 and Vitamin D etc. Take treatment as follow as 1- Cap Meganeuron 1 time per day for 1 month after food for vitamin B 12. 2- Tab Zerodol sp 2 time per day for 3 day after food for Pain and  Inflammation. 3- Cap Multivitamin A to Z Gold 2 time per day for 3 day after food for strength and immunity.
