Yes, Dolo 650 can be given in fever above 100. Maximum tolerable dose of Dolo 650 is 4 tablet in 24 hours . So you can give Dolo 6 hours apart . Azithromycin is not at all important for all high grade fever. Itâs an antibiotic. It depends what is the cause of fever
