Hi doc...am hvng tonsils and too much pain in throat even I had 3 days course of azithromycin 500 mg but still feeling too much pain in my throat ...plz help me out for this  throat pain

Hello its been a week my bowl moment distrub as I'm going 2 to 3 times for stool passing but not feeling fully satisfied.. Before that I'm getting very frequent lose motion issue now this bowl moment issue... Ystday was feeling like to vomit but no vomit coming but I have watery mouth and spitting too much when I'm feeling like vomit since then my mouth is watery... I don't know what's happening to me... I am having triglycerides 498 mg/dl, S Cholesterol 317 mg/dl my SGOT is 43 IU/L and my SGPT is 94 IU/L. And I am having pain in the left upper abdomen. Can you please suggest me should I take medication?

Is 5.400 TSH levels high ( test reports of 6 months ago ) do I need to get tested again? Should I start my treatment and start taking medicines? And what are the ways by which I can control it and live a healthy normal life? I felt very scared when I saw my reports knowing the complications of it. I don't want it to further increase and I want to control it.

After doing my blood profile test That shows increase in triglycerides 306 cholesterol HDL 36.0, cholesterol LDL 42.0 and VLDL 61.2 in Lft Bilirubin total 1.95, Bilirubin conjugated 0.40 and Bilirubin uncojugated indirect 1.55 respectively.please provide me better medical treatment and food to eat or avoid.

In my house we continuously will refrigerate foods like cooked vegetables.. sabjis.. bhaji etc that were cooked in previous day and have it next day after reheating. Is it really good for health? Or advisable only to take fresh foods?
