Flu

I am a 27 year old woman. My heart rate while resting remains normal but whenever I stand up it goes upto 110-115 and increases upto 120-160 by slow paced walking at home. I don't know why my heart beats are getting so high. Sometimes I feel dizzy and also feel flutters and palpitations. I got no of ecgs done also I have done 2d echo and ct coronary angiography all are normal. I have attached my most recent ecg. I am also attaching my ecg I took on my apple watch. I am on serta 50mg and alprax 0.25mg because of anxiety. My heart rate is low when I am sitting or laying down but it immediately jumps up if I just stand up or just walk for a few mins. I don't know what problem I am facing please help.

Hi doctor I have sitting job and i mostly work 10 hrs everyday with very less breaks. I feel pain  in my legs and  in lower back. I get very less exposure to sunlight as well. Could you please help me with diet that wud help in reducing this pain as I have busy schedule.

My lft is normal bt after starting primolute n twice daily i suffer from gas acidity constipation too much...is it caused by primolute n ?

I have fever since Tuesday night with sore throat and cough. I have been taking the following medicines prescribed Signoflam Grilinctus Montek FX Bacilus Clausi suspension However I still have fever which goes to 100 and cough ? What should I do ?

2 months back I was having chest pain so have done ecg and echo they are normal..the pain stayed for almost 2 months continously on and off 1 doctor said gases and the other Said muscle pain..but somehow the pain was gone but from today evening again there is mild chest pain on and off and excess gases.. iam on bp medications telma and metxl
