For B-12 deficiency, best Tablet that absorbs. Specifically asking for Tablet Hosit (Methylcobalmin, folic acid and B6) I want tablet with B-12 , Folic acid and B6 specifically the best brand / tablet that absorbs and increases the value on the Serum B-12 test. (No Injection , Only Tablet. ) Also serum B-12 / Active B-12 (test) is there,So which one is more accurate in detecting actual B-12 status? (as active test, holotranscobalmin is considered more accurate since it measures the B-12 in cells, not just serum B-12)

I had viral one month back on aug end, Dr has given me antibiotics, then I started experiencing loose motion which lasted for 15-20 days, from Sunday I am experiencing constipation slightly hard stools difficulty passing unable to sleep left chest slightly pain, Burp, fart, gas What should be done to recover from this ?

I have been taking TT injections  each year since 2015 (except during the covid period) I had taken the last TT injection on 22 jan 2025...before that, Feb, 2024.... does so many frequent TT vaccines cause any overdose or other adverse effect on my body..? I had a cut today in the morning at 11 am, in my finger from a brand new stainless steel scrubber (used in washing utensils).. cut is not little deep.. ) Do I need to take TT injection?...
