I had an encounter with stray dogs around 20 days ago during my daily walk. They came close, and I was scared and not fully aware of what happened. I don’t remember any pain, bleeding, or visible wounds, but now I’m overthinking whether I was scratched or bitten. I also want to know if there is any medical test or skin examination to detect old wounds, scratches, or bite marks. I find it hard to trust my own body check due to anxiety. Please guide me on how to confirm this and which doctor I should consult for clarity.

I am from Jalpaiguri. Yesterday when I stroll around the street with my 8 year old daughter, a fruit bat pee on my cheek, shoulder, clothes. But I am not sure about my daughter's contamination. After about 1.5 hours I washed the area with soap water but not the hair. Now I am afraid about the diseases. Specially nipah virus contamination. How likely it is important for me and my daughter?

Hello, I got my TSH test done where it came 7.49. Since pregnancy I am on medication of thyronorm 25mg. Do I need to increase my dosage? Currently I am 3 months postpartum.

Hello, I got above 500 triglycerides, 88 SGPT and SGOT 87  in thyrocare report but i performed test after 4 days in metropolis. My reports says 220 triglycerides, SGOT 36.1 and SGPT 59.7 Which one to believe? I am anyway going for diet and exercise routine but do i need medications. Doctor said risk of pancreatitis with fatty liver due to triglycerides and prescribed medicines after checking  thyrocare reports.

Whenever I move my head, I feel dizzy. It doesn’t feel like an earthquake, but I do get dizzy — only with head movement. There’s also some pain in the back of my neck.

My baby is one month old and I m exclusively breastfeeding. I had migraine before pregnancy also .. I can't take any medicine as I am breastfeeding. I get headaches in between my eye brows and on right side temple . I get it everyday. Intensity goes low or high but it's always there .. what I can do to get a relief .

My brother is 15.5 years old. He has had high fever (102–103°F) since morning, vomiting, dry cough, and feeling cold/shivering. I gave 650 mg paracetamol and one dose of amoxicillin (no improvement). Also did cold sponging. Now fever is again 103°F with vomiting and cough. Please guide urgently — which medicine is safe to give now? We can't go to a hospital right away.
