I hit my toe on my wooden door 3 days back in my room and there was a bruise and cut from the door edge I had taken one tetnus 11 months back and another 19 months back. The injury is now in 3 days almost healed and no pain. Do I worry about tetnus. I have a stiff neck and back. Can it be early tetnus sign

While playing on road with crackers , the matchbox fallen on roadside grass where sometimes dogs also play and eat the food items thrown by people. One person picked up the Match box and thrown towards me which touched to my mouth. I got minute scratch inside mouth yesterday. Does this incident is a risk for Rabies infection or just my doubt?

From the past 2 weeks I am having pelvic pain, but 1week ago I had unbearable pain which I a was unable to ignore so, I rushed to a orthopaedic doctor, there the doctor took an X-Ray and found no bone damage or deformities and gave me with a pain killer injection and some pain killer tablets which are giving me relaxation. And also recommended me to go through an MRI scan. But I want dont want to undergo MRI. Is there any solution. Note - Whenever I move my lower body i.e. legs, hips etc a tight contraction occurs in my buttock region which further leads to unbearable pain, whether I am walking sitting or laying down. I have stopped taking escitalopram 3 weeks ago. I am experiencing dizziness and Vertigo after eating, tilting my head front and back, also while driving. I have Grade 2 fatty liver and major digestive issues since 5 years. I have major constipation, whenever on a good day I pass stool, I feel very drained and dizzy.
