Hi doctor, I can't feel happy or excitement after some past tragedy and broken dreams Please suggest me some medicine to feel happy and normal.

My tsh is high and I am not able to gain weight. It has been only a year I am married due to less weight is there any problem in conceiving. PIs suggest me for ganing weight and thyroid medicine.. I have thyroid since 7 years.My weight is 46kg. Asked for Female, 32 Years, Gorakhpur

I took full course of rabies vaccine in September. And took 2 booster doses of rabies vaccine on 27/12/25 and 30/12/25. On 5th January 2026 a dog licked me on face. Do I have to take the vaccine again? And, how long the vaccine provides protection?

Hello doctor, mujhe 3 din tak 102–103°F ka tez bukhar tha. then I got tested. Reports attached. Doctor gave me 3days medicine and said.... come again. But it is surprising that my fever has been stable only from the ist dose. But I took antibiotic for 3 days. Abhi thodisi weakness h bs. Kindly tell:  koi follow-up test / aur treatment chahiye?
