My fever is gone but I got red spot like allergy on my hands and foot I got allergy shot from doctor and medicine I am not understanding the reason for allergy like fever is gone and then why I am getting rash and doc told me if fever return need to do blood test

My family member she is 20 year old she had stomach pain which recovered after medicines given by Dr but the dr told her to do usg in which she had in impression multiloculated septated cystic lesion in epigastric region either pancreatic pseudocyst or mesentric lymphhaemangioma but today she has done the cect the report has come plzz check what it is and inform plzz urgently she has no pain now and not anything. Got 101 Fever with chill once and from the morning onwards have loose motion for two days. Took Ofloxacin for two days and 1 Enterogermina but didn't work then the doctor prescribed loperamide hydrochloride 2 mg tablet took 1 tablet and 3 & half of 4 th day went well.
