Hello doctor, My 26-year-old male friend has been experiencing pain in the center of the chest (not on the left side). He goes to the gym regularly. The pain is not muscular or due to movement. It increases when he’s in cold environments (like AC or fan). He has no prior history of heart disease. There is no difficulty in breathing or fever. Hello people, I took a CBC test on 9th July and the RBC count was 5.35 , today again i repeated the test and the RBC count is 5.50 , range (4.5 - 5.5 ) , is this fluctuations within a week normal ? Please advice doctors. I'm afraid it might go past the normal range if I test it again next week.
