Hi, I'm a 29-year-old woman with typically light periods lasting 2 days. Recently, I've noticed delays, 15 days late in February and again 15 days late in June. Since I'm not sexually active, pregnancy isn't a concern. My thyroid levels are normal, but I'm worried about what else could be causing these irregularities. What might be the reasons behind this?

71 yrs, hypertension. BP usually remains in 145/87 range.  Is on betablocker carvedilol 3.125 twice a day. It does go normal in 130 120 after med n sometimes remain in 140 n 150 too.  Has early cirrhosis. Sometimes it does go to 150/90, 160/90 with headache before meds.  Heart rate mostly in 70s , 80s. My question is when BP is high and there is still time to take the routine bp meds, can it be taken early when BP is high? Before taking meds if BP remains in 150 or 160 is it advised to add other bp medicine or increase current dose? Have'nt got a proper expert answer for this yet.  Seeking good experienced suggestion particularly for BP around 160/90 n dosage or additional med.

Hello sir / Ma'am I am 38byr old , currently my situation is..I am diabetic, have thyroid fatty liver grade two..n having cough n sinus from last 15 days.. Now my question is that from last one month my CRP level are getting high...from 13 it is 22 now?? What could be the reason?

Respected Dr., I dont smoke nor drink but from past 2 months i smoke hookah regularly due to mental stress and some other reasons. But i quit it 1 week ago but now i feel something is not right in ly throat sometimes i feel little pain in my throat and feeling weird. I am worried about cancer due to smoking. Is it anything serious. Please help.

I have a coughing since 6 days. I haven't taken any medicine. But in morning there is some cough which is green and very thinck and sticky. When I expel the air from lungs through mouth not nose there is a wheezing sound. All time s urges to cough. Sometimes cough is coming out. Very much problems. Due to coughing my whole body is in pain. Please tell any medicine so that cough can removed from mouth.

Hi doctor, from today onwards I am feeling mouth roof pain while sneezing and while swallowing saliva. Could you tell me which tablet I need to take. And I have a 8th month baby and I am not breastfeeding.
