Before taken the injection there is red rashes having on my skin After taken the injections penidure 12 lacks it become more my full body get red rashes and swelling on my eyes and ears also having virle fever taken medication also but I have to knw what is it why my body red rashes

I am 20 years old right now, and I got my periods when I was 8 or 9 years old. My height is very short — I am currently 4 feet 7 inches tall. I think when I was 9 years old, I was around 4 feet 7 inches or 4 feet 5 inches. My question is: am I considered a dwarf? Google says anyone below 4'10" is considered a dwarf. But my hands, legs, and face don't look like a dwarf’s — they look normal and proportionate. One of the reasons for my short height is genetics. My mother is 5 feet tall, my father is 5'1", my grandmother was 4'10", and my cousin sister is 4'9". Most of my family members are short, but none of them are dwarfs. So please tell me — am I considered a dwarf, or am I just a normal petite girl? I am also attaching my picture.
