I have been having a heavy cold and a headache for the past 1 day also it feels like a dry and sore  throat with a blocked nose, water coming from my nose with a cold, although I don't have a fever I am not able to sleep properly. Please suggest me any medications for quick recovery as my exams are nearby. Thank you

For the last 1 year I have been suffering from fatigue and weakness, so in January,2025 my doctor prescribed me some tests like CBC, LFT, TSH, LIPID, USG for liver. But all test results were poor. From January to July I followed what my doctor told me blindly, but the results were still poor. Then I changed my doctor into a govt hospital doctor, now all reports are good except thyroid. It's true that even before the tests, I could tell that the reports would be great as my fatigue went away and I feel more energetic. But I don't want to go to the govt hospital anymore as I don't have so much time to give, as I'm doing my PG. I'm attaching a small file, by sharing all my diagnosis reports and the medicines that I have been consuming in a single page. My CBC, Lipid profile, LFT all have been improved but thyroid level increased. Also Echo 2D, and 12 head ECG are done and reports are completely normal. Please tell me whether I can stop my medicines or what to do now.

I have attached the medicines I’m taking after my dental procedure. I had one tooth extraction and stitches yesterday. I’m taking these five medicines, but I only took KETOROL yesterday around 9 p.m. because it was very painful. This morning, the pain is manageable, so I didn’t take it with my other medicines after breakfast. My period started five days early, at 11:45 a.m. The blood seems watery — is that normal? Could it be because of the medicines I’m taking?

I’ve been having body itching for a few days! It comes and goes—sometimes it starts in the morning and if I scratch, it goes away by the afternoon. But now it’s been continuous and lasts the whole day! It’s not extremely severe, but it’s very uncomfortable. Sometimes the itching is on my face, especially when water runs on it! Otherwise, it itches on my neck, legs, thighs, back, chest, and arms. When it itches on my chest, it turns red, and when I scratch my arms, red rashes appear. I can share a picture of it from this morning. Can you help figure out what this is?
