Urine problem
Hi doc , even though I don't have high pressure of urine, I feel high pressure . From young age I go to pee frequently . I don't have sugar and no problem occurred on my ultrasound(it was done many time because of irregular periods ) . 1-2 year I go to washroom like even there is 2 drop I feel . I don't know if this is a psychological problem . But I peed in my sleep this time (this is very embarrassing) it never happened even I sleep for 10-12 hours . I don't feel irritation or anything but there is urge to go to washroom . I'm scared to even travel now . Please give guidance about which doc should i consult , gynae ? And what to do Thank you

Can be normal and sometimes happen due to dehydration, stress, or minor irritation. Its more of an issue if it is frequent recurring,Painful, worsening ,burning, fever, blood, difficulty urinating, etc.

Consult a urologist. There might be a muscular spasm issue , anxiety ( known as a nervous bladder ) , bladder tone issue or rarely a spinal nerve issue. They get some investigations and take a call to move forward.
