Please consult a General Physician in your area for a physical examination and further management. I would have recommended Nebulization for your problem for 3-4 days.

Please share details of your symptoms,  do you have asthma or a blocked nose? Homeopathic meds are not very useful for acute problems. Take tab augmentin 625mg one morning and one evening for 5 days. Tab cetrizine 5mg one morning and one evening for 5 days. Tab monteleukast 10mg one in evening for 5 days. Tab acebrophylline 100mg one morning and one evening for 3 days. Do steam inhalation, 2 to 3 times daily.
