I am 6 months Post partum and have regular pain in lower side of my feet . At times the pain is quite a lot . I feel too fatigued and exhausted too

I was not able to attend school as I am a teacher for 3 days 14th to 16th March 2023 due to extreme vomiting and diarrhoea. I have joined on 17th march 2023.I already have a doctors prescription. I just need a fit certificate dated 17th March 2023 as I have joined on the said date. I was fit to join and I am still working but I need a medical fitness certificate. I had herpes zoster infection on my right leg. Doctor prescribed virovir 500 thrice for 10 days and aclovir ointment. Now after 20 days some blister are still open but healing. After 10 days of medication, I have stopped taking tablets. Ca I use soframycin on remaining sores or aciclovir ointment. Thanks

Dear doctor, My wife get her period on 7 March. on first day of period she is facing problem like, nausea, dizziness, headache, abdomen pain, loss of appetite and fever but in fever body temperature is normal ..97. to 97.7 f only, we saw general physician doctors he prescribed medicine...norflox 400, Rablet 20, vertin 16 and cital syrup. After took medicine First 7 days , this problem resolve... headache, dizziness, abdomen pain and nausea. After 7 days doctor prescribed other  medicine..Niftas 100, bilashine tablet, Aristozyme syrup, otrivin nasal drop and pan 80. by taking all these medicines.. just starting to get a little hungry now.. but If she starts walking a little too much, she starts feeling lethargic and feverish and coldness is felt in the body... What could be the reason??
