I am having mild upper right jaw pain since 3 weeks today I visited dentist he prescribed me powergestic mr (diclofenac sodium,paracetamol,chlorzoxazone) and chexid D. I also has blister in my lower back so physician pricribed moxikind cv 625 ( amoxillin,cluvanic acid), do I take all medicine altogether. Is it cause any wrong combination side effect

I had food at 2:30 pm and checked my blood sugar at 6;30 pm It was 118 Do I need any further test to diagnose if I am diabetic as I am having pins and needles and weakness in feet and legs

-4 days back feel extreme sharp pain exactly in the right chest and back, stays for few SECONDS only. -Next 2 days no issue. -Yesterday and Today feel same only once. Feel little heaviness and pain in the back side. -Sometime little pain when try to deep breathing. History: -1 year back I had extreme pain in right chest and back. Holter, Echo, Chest Xray, ECG, USG abdomen, ap/last xray all are okay. -Had vitamin D deficiency so completed course of vitamin d tablet for 16 week(weekly 1) and the 8 months(monthly 1) . -So Next 1 year no issue was there. 1 months back it started with right shoulder pain again and now with chest also. -Work nature is long time sitting front of computer and sometime posture also not correct. What are the precautions I should follow? What type of doctor I should visit? What medicine I should take if pain increased ?

Around 15 days ago I started having a few explosive coughs while sleeping following which I immediately woke up and was unable to either exhale or inhale air. I felt as if my airway is completely blocked for 2 to 3 minutes and eyes start watering as I struggle to breath . Breath is regained after about 2 mins. I have gerd since 20 years but no other disease.i had COVID hospitalisation 2 years back and fever,cough 2 months back for which I had takes Amoxicillin. Pl advice

Today while exercising i severely hurt my right breast. It's my fault i didn't wear a supportive bra, and i have those really saggy breasts. While i was jumping it bounced so hard, and i felt a sharp burning jolt like pain on my right breast like a ligament got strained or torn. I applied an ice pack in that area for 20 minutes. It is so painful right now and the pain is radiating towards my shoulder. I am very scared. I can't understand what happened.

I'm having severe cold and cough from few days which has started to go away now. Earlier mucus color along with cough was yellow than it started becoming dark and now blood is coming . No or minimal coughing is left only mucus is coming out and sometimes with whole as a blood colored and sometimes normal mucus is coming out. I had blown my nose harshly and it also got me irritation(inflammation when blowing )inside my nose . Same problem happened last year also where xray and breathe in out kind of test was done.
