I need sick leave medical certificate just for the purpose of low attendance in college. Just to show that i was not well. Please help me for the same. It is a kind request. Actually due to some family problem I was not able to attend classes and now my attendance is falling into shortage according to attendance criteria. Please help.

I have been taking melzap 0.5mg at night and ciplar 10mg in the day for my anxiety. I have been taking this for 8 months now. I've been feeling good for more than a month now. How can reduce my melzap 0.5 dosage gradually?

Feeling like faint I had concussion last year February I had dizziness for a week I had ct scan immediately and it was normal I did full body blood test all normal and it went and it came back during May suddenly and from may whenever I stand I feel lightheaded in a min. I tried dizziness medicines but they are not working only Clonazepam works with prochloperazine when I take these 2 I don't have it. What can be done for this I went to neurologist as well in UK and he said to go to ent is this related to ear. I wouldn't use to have this thing before. Is there any medication which can stope this

My potty is just like this... its has full of mucus.. i have abdominal pain and it is liquid stool.. bad smelling... i have gastritis problem.. this is happend for 2 to 3 days.. what is this? How to cure this?

I have got red patches about 5mm in diameter starts with itching and then it becomes red. Got acute pain behind left shoulder and left side of the neck but it's getting normal by itself. These patches are coming and going. Earlier it used happen in pairs about the size of 1mm each. Also I am not having proper motion. Sometimes I go washroom 4 to 5 times and other day just once in the morning. My left upper eye lid is constantly twitching since more than 3 months. It stops on its own and starts all over again. My husband is having fever from last 2 days, around 101_102 farenheit, with no cough ,cold, it's only coming in morning& night.what to doo,he is also travelling to his work place in heavy heat ...in afternoon, whether it is heat stroke or else, if heat stroke what to do...hr has more sweating after taking pcm ,& fever gets down after pcm with sweating ,not having headache etc....
