My husband having bp 140/110 He is 40 years old Doctor suggested Amlong A For 5 day After 5days we csn stop this medicine ?

I am attaching my prescription I went to medical and shown him prescription And gave me medicine I told him it doesn't look same what doctor wrote But pharmacist said both are same I am attaching prescription Please let me are both same or not?

These days i am facing anxiety issues and fear problems, today i visited hospital for this issue and i have been prescribed nexito 5Mg ( one dose morning & Propanolol 40mg (half dose morning & half dose evening). Does these drugs cause any habit forming problem or any major side effects?
