Sir/medam At the time of walking my saturation was 96 and 97. After 30min walking my saturation was 97. Is it normal??

I am having a headache because of stress and tensions. This is 4 th time in last three months. It usually lasts for one or two days and goes away without taking any medication. I have been taking stress which can be avoided and i am working on it. But sometimes I am getting headache because of stress which gets severe for sometime.  My question is can I take saridon for stress headache relief?

Is there really side effects or disadvantages if we donate blood for every 6 months? Few of them telling immunity will reduce and also all vitamins etc...

Hi I have some white thing on my tongue which is rising and straight. Not falling off. Been the same size for about 8 months now. It didn't go away. Is it something need to be checked out? I used to get canker and mouth sores always. Because of herpes virus. Is this white tongue thing also because of herpes? What's the name of this? Whom should I see for this issue? An ENT or GP or dentist? Do I need to get any biopsy or removal? Is this something serious? I left it as such for 8 months. As I have chronic jaw pain for 3 years and tooth issues. Been dealing with that with treatments. Any way this tongue thing will go away on its own. Any thoughts please.. What should I do about this. I am currently outside India. I am planning to travel to India to get this treated. Can I wait to get this treated or this has to be removed asap? What's the name of this white thing?

Recently, I am experiencing a weird cold and cough. I mostly get dry cough, but this time, I have a lot of mucus production, and a lot of cough. I had taken many medicines (since a week I guess) Yesterday , my cold and cough vanished in an hour or so when I was out with my friends. But when I was back in my room, it was so bad that even my voice changed. I am not understanding what's wrong. Today, the same thing happened again. I had a very bad cold and cough since morning, but at night, suddenly, It's gone, Not sure what's happening. Please help. It's not the usual thing to me. (I didn't have fever. It's just cold and cough)

When i was admitted in hospital I noticed that the nurse used the same insulin vial for me and other patient. She insert the used syringe by the next bed patient in insulin vial and inject him. Then she came to me and insert the syringe used by me in the same insulin vial and inject me. Will doing this spread the infection to each other?

I was under evaluation and observation for chest discomfort and shortness of breath in hospital from 21/03/2023 to 28/03/2023. All my test reports are normal except my sgpt level it was high- 103. Angiography also done and normal. Now I am feeling uneasiness, tiredness. Loss of appetite and body pain.
