It’s been a week blocked nose n congestion is persisting not bad though but not going had fever in strting for a day Should I take something?

I didn't initially notice this but one day while brushing i suddenly saw a dark pigmentation in the roof of my mouth i am unaware of what it is and Google has given weird answers so would like to know if this is some concerning symptom or just a regular occurrence. Also which type of doctor should I pursue if this is an issue of concern.

I a worried about my BP. Got it checked thrice n all three times 150/100,160/100.. but at home on omron the bp is always 130/80 with max bp 150/90 I have been monitoring with the latest machine and it has always been like this. I'm having difficulty at night, while lying down. By difficulty, I mean it feels like I have entered a dusty environment. The air passage is not clean. This increases if lie in my room. Is it due to allergy or any other issues ? Went to nearby doctor and he prescribed betnesol and moxfed cv. I took master health checkup last month. Everything is fine except a little vitamin d deficiency.
