I am getting headache every now and then , it's only gets better when I take any medicine. Is it migraine? ...or why I keep having it .

I have done coronary angiography on 27/03/2023 after cag i am feeling uneasiness, tiredness, loss of appetite and body pain

My mother in law takin sipon syrup medicine since 8 years . Earlier due to loss of appetite doctor prescribed. But now if she don't take sipon she doesn't feel hungry and get sleep issues. Should she continue taking Sipon for lifetime? is there any alternative?
