Hi,
Yesterday, lab technician visited home for blood sample. He was struggling to extract blood from my hands. He said blood is getting filled very slow and when he pushed the injection backwards, the tube did not get filled, hence he pushed it back. Only a 20% of tube was filled with blood. Since he pushed the injection back to my hand ( as if inserting the blood back) would this be of any harm to me? Heard this could cause heart attack. Please clarify.

No. It will not harm you.
The syringe is pre-sterilized.
It is your blood which was there in the syringe. So no harm can come to you if a drop of blood goes into your vein.
