High insulin and alcohol
My weight is 73 currently and my height is 5 feet .I have mild pcos and an insulin level of 31.7 uU/mL . If I lose weight and bring it down to 65 , will my insulin levels reverse ? Can I have alcohol occasionally now or only when my insulin gets better ?
