I am 25 yrs old male with low bmi. I did cbc test. hemoglobin level 11.3 Wbc 7100 Platelet count 2.14 lack Mcv 64 Mch 19 Mchc 30 Pcv 37.6 All are low.. But my rbc count is high (5.8) Is this Polycythemia vera? I am afraid now.

I saw this blood with mucus while washing after stool .. Is it normal as I had slight constipation.. or do I need to be worried ? I have attached the photo of the same Kindly suggest
