Can be due to fever and dehydration..
Faver may be due URTI or LRTI ,UTI can be due to viral or bacterial
Give plenty fluids.. check BP .. give IV fluids if required
Take Paracetamol every 6-8 hourly ,
Take antibiotic
Take consultation for detailed examination and management
