I have been taking Vitamin-D3 ( 60k ) supplement since 2 months now as my vit-d levels were 26.5, How long should I take it? Also, for my skin I am starting sachets (( myoinositol folic acid with vitamin d3 sachet )) which my dermatologist suggested last year which has Vitamin- D3 800 UI per sachet. Should I still take it?

Before 40 days i found I have high hemoglobin(17.6)like that i consulted hemotologiest he advised some tests before that he sujjests blood donation last month 7th I donated after reports came sir told all mutations negative no bone marrow issue and again he did CBC now 16.8 there(after donation)...he advised do blood donation today then after one give once per four moths like that...i asked just one month only completed no problem ha? Sir like.. He told no issue u have much blood like that...my question is just 38 DAYS one done can i donate now please guide sir😞😞😞😞
