Hi, My son is having recurring fever after every 6-7 hours from last 4 days. No cold no cough. Initial 2 days the fever was high grade(102+) after every 4-5 hours and did 1 vomiting and stomach pain for 2 days. Last 2 days fever is 99-101 after every 6-7 hours.No cold no cough no stomach pain no vomiting. Just giving him crocin ds 6 ml SOS(weight 12 kgs). Is this viral ? So we need to start antibiotics? Is blood test recommended?

I started eating boiled soya but whenever i eat them i started to have heart palpitation. Initially, i thought it was a vehm but today i eat after 20 days and again got palpitations Why so ?

I have been feeling sick(like- low mood, low energy, fatigue, burping, bloating, tiredness, anxiety, panic attacks, sometimes feeling of something bad will happen with my health, weakness & tingling Numbness in both upper & lower limbs) since 2 year & did about 5-6 health checkups since then. In the health checkup, I always find that: 1. My lymphocytes has always been little high. 2. My SGPT & SGOT has always been on higher side. (Rest of the LFT has been normal) 3. My HsCRP has always been on higher side. (More than 4, sometimes more than 10) 4. USG finding shown Fatty Liver Grade 1. 5. Uric Acid has always been little high. 6. Now RA factor also came high ( but no any symptoms of Rheumatoid Arthritis) No H/O fever, pain. All other tests are normal including FBS, PPBS, HbA1C. The most debilitating symptoms are tingling & weakness in both the lower & upper limbs, anxiety. I have been tired in finding the cause but no doctor has told me what is wrong with me? Please help me.

I have grade 1 fatty liver.Intra and Extra Hepatic Biliaryand vascular radicles are not dilated .other organs are appears normal .but my cholesterol and bilirubin level slightly high as shown in the reports.Is it critical or curable ?

Hello Doctor I'm Shamili ,34 yrs old Due to Abortion ,my hb levels are 9.4 Can low hb cause saturation drops ? Doctor now gave iron tablets for it I'm on my periods 4th day, suddenly from 8:30 pm I'm feeling like my oxygen levels are dropping I checked saturation - starting it was 98 then after walk again i check saturation now its showing around 88 & 89 I immediately went to hospital , but doctor said u are fine now... Due to anxiety tension it sometimes drops... If gasping happens go to oxygen support hospital .. How to increase my saturation levels now at home Reasons for saturation drops? My mother is 62 Yr old taking medicine for high bp (180/90) since last 1 year. Now her both leg is swelling & pain.she is feeling heaviness in both leg .we did her  blood test & found uric acid level (6.56),TSH level(10.4) & vitamin D 13.5 ,hemoglobin 10.7 abnormal than reference range.kft lft,lipid test reports are normal.please evaluate & help us to proper diagnose .
