I have intermittent shoulder pain due to work nature(sitting work computer). Pain comes and go and that time I used Volitra gel and did some exercise( prescribe by orthopaedic). From last 3 days having left shoulder pain but this time along with left palm(inside area of palm) What is this pain related to? What should be my next step?
