Hi I started taking wockhardt Methycobal Tablets 15’S as haven't found Truecure Methycobal 500 tablets. I have b12 deficiency but I also going to loo more since the starting of medication. Since yesterday I am not feeling well and feel like tired with feverish feeling ( no temperature). Should I change the medicine or is it normal flue?

Pain in lower back
I am having pain in lower back. Yesterday it was paining firstly in lower back, then it started moving towards right side. Today since morning I was fine. Suddenly now again it is paining.
