My dad's hba1c was 8.4 his creatinine was 1.44 this was 4 months after that he worked on his diet and improved his lifestyle now his hba1c is 6 and creatinine is decreased to 1.38 with fasting sugar 100 and post meal 134 should we lower his medicine as he is taking 4 medicines in a day metformin 1 before breakfast and dinner and dapagliflozin before lunch and voglyson 0.4 half before lunch
